Reservations

Please use our online reservations link above to check availability for the dates you wish to stay. If a particular guestroom or suite is not available for your preferred time frame, don’t hesitate to call our office (toll-free: 877-868-3113) as we might be able to advise of recent cancellations not yet posted on our website.

Deposits

For non-prepaid reservations, the Ashbrooke requires a deposit equal to 50 percent of the cost of your stay to confirm your reservation. This deposit must be made by credit card or personal check to hold your reservation. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. The use of a debit card is not recommended to guarantee your reservation. All deposits made by personal check must be received at The Ashbrooke within seven days of the time the reservations were made. Rates are subject to applicable sales and room taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice or obligation.

Cancellations

Deposits will be refunded upon notice of cancellation made at least fourteen days prior to the first day of the reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation between two and fourteen days of your planned visit, a 50% refund of your deposit will be provided. As you can understand, cancellations made within 48 hours of your stay will forfeit the total deposit amount. If a reservation is changed after arrival, or by early departure, guests will be responsible for the balance of the original reservation.

As a small independent property in a destination resort area, we guarantee the specific room type and dates of your reservation request. Cancellations and early departures can leave our hotel with empty rooms we can not refill. We appreciate your understanding and will certainly do our best to assist you should an unforseen emergency force a change in your plans.

Check-in after 3:00 P.M. Check-out by 11:00 A.M.

The Ashbrooke is a completely smoke-free facility. This includes all hallways, outside decks, and the pool area. A fine may be imposed if a guest is suspected of smoking within our facility.

All guestrooms and suites at the Ashbrooke are designed to accommodate two adults. Each room features one king-sized bed. The Grande Suite has a sofa-sleeper that will accommodate a third adult as necessary. In such cases, a $25.00 per night charge will apply for each extra adult. Please remember that The Ashbrooke is an adults only facility; we ask that all guests be 16 years of age and older.

Bicycles are not allowed in guestrooms or suites. Inside storage is available for bicycles.

We appreciate the special relationship between pets and their owners. However, pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed on the Ashbrooke Hotel’s grounds.
