Check-in / Check-out

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Am I expected to clean before I depart?

Our housekeeping staff will prepare your room for the next guests upon your departure.

Where do I turn in the unit key?

Please leave your room key cards in the room and notify the front desk of your departure.

Do you offer handicap rooms?

Two of the Grande Suites in the hotel are handicap accessible with stand-up showers and grab bars.

Online Reservations

Can I book my trip online?

Yes! We provide online booking, where you can see availability for upcoming dates and book your stay!

How do I cancel an online reservation?

Room reservations can be cancelled online (if the reservation was made online) or by contacting the hotel at (877) 868-3113.

How do I search for available rooms?

Room availability can be found in our online booking engine.

Guest Rules

Are there any pet-friendly accommodations?

Although we appreciate the bond between our guests and their pets, the only animals allowed on the Ashbrooke Hotel’s grounds are service animals.

Does the Ashbrooke Hotel have any smoking rooms?

The Ashbrooke is a completely smoke-free facility. This includes all hallways, outside decks, and the pool area. A fine may be imposed if a guest is suspected of smoking within our facility.

Can I bring extra guests with me?

All guest rooms are meant to accommodate 2 adults. The Grande Suite has a sofa-sleeper that will accommodate a third adult as necessary ($25/night charge applied), but please remember that the Ashbrooke Hotel is an adults-only facility, and all guests must be at least 16 years of age or older.

The weather can vary greatly depending on the time of year you are visiting Egg Harbor. We have a comprehensive packing list for different times of year so that you can be prepared for anything that comes your way!

Are there any local activities that I should bring my equipment with me for?

Door County is home to a plethora of indoor and outdoor activities that you might already own equipment for back home! If you are an avid golfer, fisher, or hiker, you might want to come prepared with your own clubs, fishing rods, and hiking gear to avoid unnecessarily spending money on renting or purchasing new equipment.
